I use legend all out by ghost when I do opt to use a pre workout. Due to its high stim but minimal crash. Easy to drink due to its taste.

One supplement I have been using and can’t go without with our type of training is
Pure creatine by BSC as it builds strength and power through resistance training, helping build a lean/defined physique. Boosts energy and aids muscle recovery. All over great product. Highly beneficial for woman.

XTEND BCAA’s (blue raspberry): purely for hydration and recovery reasons. Helps reduce muscle breakdown allowing you to train longer and harder. While also repairing muscles and recovers muscle soreness quicker. I drink this throughout the day also for extra hydration.
